This Wednesday the Papermakers take on the Tigers of Battleground @ Battleground High School, whistle blows at the usual times. J.V. starts at 5:30pm and Varsity at 7:00pm. Show up to support your fellow Makers!

Wrestlers are asked to be in the CHS wrestling room no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday after school.

Update: 8:22 AM – Camas School District is canceled so all District and School sponsored events are canceled, at this time the Battleground dual is still on tomorrow. There is now a 2 pound allowance for the Battleground Dual.

1:07 PM – Askeo plans to run today at Skyridge Middle School from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Askeo is not a Camas School  District sponsored event or activity. Damon plans to hold practice so long as the roads stay clear and safe to drive on. If you have any question contact Damon McPherson (on Contacts tab).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: “Battleground has a very limited number wrestlers. Battleground will not have a varsity squad and they might not wrestle any of their JV guys tonight. This means that if your son or daughter is on JV they will likely not get a match. It also means that if your son or daughter is on Varsity they may not get a match. It looks like Battleground might have two girls on their team, but I cannot be certain of that. No plans have changed on our end. For our league duals we want to offer as much fan support as possible. These duals are a big team building opportunity for our wrestlers and we are excited about the opportunity to compete today! I hope to see you there, but please be aware that there is a good chance that your son or daughter may not get a match today.
